Who can Enter the Award

 The Award is open to the PIS network of Paraplanners who:

 ●       are PS146 compliant

OR 
●         are in the process of completing their PS146, to be completed prior to the end of 2008 

AND
●        and who spend fifty percent of their role performing paraplanning duties.
